Changing Lock Set On SH29 Empty Changing Lock Set On SH29

I purchased an SH29 top box and side cases. The side cases had an extra lock set (just in case you had a top box). I can not figure out how to remove the exsisting lock set from the sh29 top box. Anyone have a good idea?

I have the same issue with the SH 39 Top Case. I want to change the lock with the extra one that came with the SH 36 side cases. There are two screws inside but after removing them I cannot figure out what to do. Anyone?
